LINE IN THE SAND

A 6 Week Program For People Done Escaping Themselves

Freedom from the loops, vices, numbing, and self-sabotage running your life.

You’ve tried “just stopping.”
You’ve tried being harder on yourself.
You’ve tried pushing it down, distracting yourself, numbing it, bargaining with it, pretending it’s not that bad…

And yet somehow… You still find yourself back in the same fucking loops.

The same promises. The same shame spirals. The same Sunday night, “I need to get my shit together” conversations with yourself.

Meet the team.

We went to the extreme so that you don't have to.

Drew Wild, Luke Croker & Justine Santowiak lead the live facilitation, coaching calls, community support and weekly sessions. They will guide and support clients throughout the full 6-week experience.

The core curriculum modules were originally created and delivered by LITS founders Drew Wild, Ryan Hassan and Matt Nettleton, and remain a foundational part of the program today.

While the live coaching, facilitation and ongoing client support is delivered by Drew, Luke and Justine, some video trainings will continue to feature Ryan and Matt.

MAYBE YOU'RE ACTIVELY STRUGGLING...

Maybe you’re questioning whether or not you can keep this thing in your life.

Maybe you’re technically “in recovery” already, but deep down still feel disconnected, lost, numb, restless or like there has to be more to life than just surviving it.

Either way…

Maybe you’re just exhausted playing out the same old, same old.
Exhausted fighting yourself.
Exhausted trying to white-knuckle your way through life.
Exhausted feeling like no one truly understands what’s going on inside your head.

AND MAYBE...

You don't need more shame.
You don’t need another bandaid solution.
You don’t need people talking at you from some clinical ivory tower.

Maybe you need:

  • The right understanding.

  • Practical tools that actually help.

  • And a community of people who genuinely fucking get it.

THIS IS FOR YOU, IF:

You use substances, distractions or vices to escape yourself

You feel like your internal chatter never shuts the fuck up

You’ve tried therapy, programs, rehab or recovery spaces before and still feel like something is missing

You’re sick of repeating the same loops over and over

You’re functioning externally but struggling internally

You feel like no one truly understands you

You’ve made promises to yourself you can’t seem to keep

You’re tired of feeling disconnected from life

You’re hard as fuck on yourself

You secretly know there’s more potential inside you than the life you’re currently living

You want support, tools, understanding and community without being treated like a problem to fix

IMPORTANT NOTE...

BEFORE YOU JOIN LITS

Before joining Line In The Sand, we ask everyone to complete a quick check in.

Not to judge you. Not to label you. And definitely not to make things harder.

This is simply here to make sure:

- You’re stepping into the right level of support,

- The program is suitable for where you’re currently at,

- And that we’re helping point people toward the safest next step possible.

If someone is currently in severe physical dependency with drugs or alcohol, there are situations where medical support or detox may need to happen FIRST before entering a program like this.

This check-in only takes about 2 minutes.

Answer honestly. There’s no shame here.

Our goal is simply to help point you toward the support that best fits where you’re currently at.

THIS IS YOUR LINE IN THE SAND

At some point… You stop negotiating with the patterns that are ruining your life.

You stop waiting for the “perfect time.”
You stop pretending things will magically change on their own.
You stop telling yourself “next Monday.”
You stop abandoning yourself.

And you draw a fucking line in the sand.

Because you’re finally DONE.

Done surviving. Done escaping. Done wasting years. Done fighting yourself alone.

ARE YOU READY?

WE START ON

JUNE 29TH

Spots are limited for this intake.

If this is hitting something inside you…

THEN TAKE THE FIRST STEP...

FROM PEOPLE WHO’VE BEEN THERE

“I don’t feel like I just stopped drinking… I feel like I became part of a family.”

✔️ wants connection,

✔️ wants purpose,

✔️ wants honesty,

✔️ wants freedom,

✔️ and is fucking tired of surviving.

ABOUT

LINE IN THE SAND

Line In The Sand was built for the people who are exhausted from fighting themselves.

The people stuck in the same loops.

The same self sabotage.
The same promises.
The same shame spirals.
The same “this is the last time” conversations.

The people who are tired of escaping life… and themselves.

LITS was created from a very different understanding of addiction, coping mechanisms and compulsive behaviours.

Not from the lens of: “What’s wrong with you?”

But from: “What are you trying to escape?”

BECAUSE THE THING ISN'T THE THING.

The drinking. The drugs. The scrolling. The gambling. The people pleasing.

The numbing. The emotional eating. The chaos.

They’re usually not the real problem.

They’re survival strategies. Ways your system learnt to cope, regulate, disconnect or escape.

And for a while… they probably worked! Like really fucking well!

Until they didn’t…

Line In The Sand exists to help people finally understand themselves properly, break the cycles they keep falling back into, and build a life they no longer constantly need to escape from.

Just real conversations. Real tools. Real support.

And a community of people who genuinely get it.

At its core, LITS has always been about one thing:

Helping people stop surviving on autopilot… and start genuinely living again.

THIS PROGRAM IS ABOUT FINALLY UNDERSTANDING:

WHY the loops exist

WHY you keep going back

WHY “just stop” has never worked

and HOW to actually create sustainable change without hating yourself into it.

WHAT'S MAKES US DIFFERENT?

Real People. Real Experience.

This wasn’t built by people reading from textbooks. LITS was created by people who have lived this.

Who know the chaos. The shame. The relapses. The hiding. The anxiety. The self destruction.

The emotional weight of trying to hold yourself together while quietly falling apart.

You’re not being spoken at by people pretending to understand.

You’re being guided by people who’ve actually walked through the fire themselves.

Community Is The Medicine

One of the biggest things people realise inside LITS is: “Holy shit… I’m not alone.”

The community inside this program is a HUGE part of the experience.

Because healing in isolation is fucking hard.

And there’s something powerful about finally being around people who:

  • understand,

  • don’t judge

  • don’t need you to pretend,

  • and genuinely want to see you win.

  • understand,

  • don’t judge

  • don’t need you to pretend,

  • and genuinely want to see you win.

PRACTICAL TOOLS FOR REAL LIFE

This isn’t just awareness.

You’ll learn practical ways to:

  • Stop spiralling every time life gets hard.

  • Handle the urges, cravings and internal chaos without automatically running back to old habits.

  • Actually, slow your mind down instead of constantly feeling switched on or overwhelmed.

  • Understand why you keep falling back into the same patterns, even when you genuinely want to change.

  • Communicate what’s actually going on inside instead of shutting down, avoiding or people pleasing.

  • Feel more in control of your day to day life instead of constantly reacting to it.

  • Figure out who the fuck you actually are underneath all the shit.

And most importantly, build a life you no longer need to constantly escape from.

WHO YOU'LL BE GUIDED BY...

DREW WILD

Drew Wild is an addiction and behavioural practitioner whose mission is to change the way people understand addiction, coping mechanisms and recovery.

After overcoming his own battles with addiction and self destruction, Drew has spent years helping people break free from the patterns, behaviours and emotional loops keeping them stuck.

His approach cuts through the surface level bullshit and gets to the root of what’s actually driving the behaviours underneath.

Known for his raw honesty, no BS approach and ability to deeply understand the human behind the behaviour, Drew has built a reputation for helping people feel seen, understood and empowered without shame or judgement.

At the core of his work is the belief that people are not weak, broken or failures for struggling.

Most people were simply never taught how to process pain, regulate emotions, feel safe in themselves or navigate life without escaping it.

LUKE CROKER

Luke Croker

LUKE CROKER

Luke’s role inside LITS comes from lived experience, honesty and the deep understanding that comes from having actually walked through the fire himself.

Currently over 3.5 years clean in active recovery, Luke knows firsthand what it feels like when life stops making sense, when the loops take over and when the only relief you can find is temporary… even when you know it’s destroying you.

Raised in chaos surrounded by drugs, violence and instability, Luke battled severe addiction and mental health struggles for years. His journey included psych wards, suicide attempts, psychosis and facing the kind of darkness most people never openly talk about.

What makes Luke powerful is not polished perfection.

It’s his honesty. His relatability. His ability to sit with people in the realness of what they’re going through without judgement or pretending.

His mission now is simple: to help other people break the cycles that nearly took his life and to show people that change is actually possible, even when you’ve lost hope.

Now more than 13 years alcohol free, Justine has become a powerful voice for people wanting more than just “sobriety.”

After overcoming her own battles with alcohol and emotional burnout, Justine rebuilt her life through structure, discipline, movement, mindset work and deep personal responsibility. What started as survival became a complete reinvention of self.

Inside LITS, Justine brings a grounded and deeply empowering perspective around long term recovery, emotional wellbeing, self belief and creating a life where you no longer constantly feel the need to escape yourself.

Her message is simple:

Sobriety isn’t the end of life.

It’s the beginning of finally living it.

STILL NOT SURE?

FAQ'S

Click below for answers to frequently asked questions.

Is this only for people struggling with drugs or alcohol?

Not at all.

LITS is for people stuck in patterns of escape, numbing, self sabotage or compulsive behaviours, whether that’s:

- alcohol,

- drugs,

- emotional eating,

- people pleasing,

- gambling,

- overworking,

- scrolling,

- porn,

- avoidance,

- or simply feeling trapped in the same exhausting loops.

Some people join because things have gotten pretty bad.

Others join because they’re simply sick of living disconnected from themselves and know there has to be more to life than this.

What if I’m already in recovery or have already done “work” on myself?

Honestly, a LOT of people inside LITS fall into this category.

Some people join while actively struggling.

Others join because they’ve already stopped the behaviour… but still feel stuck internally.

You might already:

- be sober,

- have done therapy,

- have recovery under your belt,

- understand trauma,

- know your patterns,

- or have spent years trying to “heal”.

And yet still feel like:

“Why do I still feel disconnected?”
“Why do I still want to escape?”
“Why does life still feel hard to sit in sometimes?”

LITS meets people exactly where they’re at.

This isn’t about perfection. It’s about deeper understanding, real tools, community and learning how to actually LIVE again, not just survive.a

Is this like rehab or a 12-step program?

No.

LITS is not rehab, detox or a replacement for medical support.

And while we deeply respect all recovery pathways, this also isn’t a rigid 12-step model.

Our approach is more focused on:

- understanding the root of the patterns,

- emotional regulation,

- nervous system work,

- practical tools,

- self awareness,

- accountability,

- connection,

- and creating sustainable change in real life.

No shame. No preaching. No “you’re broken” narrative.

Who is running the program?

This live intake of Line In The Sand is being led and facilitated by Drew Wild and Luke Croker.

Drew and Luke will be:

- running the live calls,

- facilitating the community,

- guiding the weekly conversations,

- supporting participants throughout the 6 weeks,

- and helping people actually integrate the work into their real lives.

The core LITS curriculum itself was originally developed by Drew Wild alongside Ryan Hassan and Matt Nettleton, whose teachings and frameworks are still woven throughout the recorded modules.

Ryan and Matt will also appear throughout the curriculum and join selected guest sessions during the intake.

So while Drew and Luke are leading and holding this live experience, participants will also be learning from the original foundational teachings that helped shape LITS into what it is today.

How is the program delivered?

LITS is delivered fully online.

You’ll receive:

- access to the private member portal,

- the weekly recorded modules,

- the private community group,

- and the live calls across the 6 weeks.

Everything can be accessed from your phone, tablet or computer.

Do I need to attend the live calls?

We highly encourage it.

The live calls and community are a HUGE part of what makes this experience so powerful.

That said, we understand life happens.

All live sessions will be recorded and uploaded for replay access if you can’t make one live.

Will I receive support throughout the program?

Yes.

You’ll receive:

- access to the LITS community,

- live coaching calls,

- Q&A support,

- accountability,

- and connection with people who genuinely understand what you’re navigating.

One of the biggest things people realise inside LITS is: “Holy shit… I’m not alone.”

What if I don’t feel “bad enough” to join?

You do not need to hit rock bottom to deserve support.

A lot of people inside LITS are:

- functioning externally,

- holding jobs,

- maintaining relationships,

- and “keeping it together” on the surface… while quietly struggling internally.

If you know something needs to change, if you’re exhausted from the loops, or if you’re tired of escaping yourself… that’s enough.

Is this suitable if I’m currently in severe addiction or withdrawal?

Maybe, maybe not.

That’s exactly why we ask everyone to complete the suitability check in before joining.

LITS is designed for people navigating:

- unhealthy patterns,

- compulsive behaviours,

- recovery,

- emotional struggles,

- self sabotage,

- and cycle breaking.

However, if someone is currently in severe physical dependency with drugs or alcohol, medical detox or more acute support may need to happen first.

We take this seriously because your safety matters.

Is there a payment plan?

Yes.

We want this work to feel accessible for people who genuinely want help and support.

Payment plan options are available at checkout.

What happens after the 6 weeks?

You’ll continue to have access to:

- the recorded curriculum,

- the community,

- and ongoing connection to the work.

There will also be opportunities for people wanting deeper support, ongoing integration and continued growth beyond the initial 6 weeks.

But first… focus on drawing your line in the sand.
